Europe's Second Oldest Synagogue - Dubrovnik

This is Europe's second oldest synagogue. It is located on the second floor of this very small building in the old town of Dubrovnik. We were not allowed to take pictures inside the building. The actual synagogue is a very small room with a back portion where the women used to sit. There are only a handful of Jewish families left in Dubrovnik. A few times a year, a rabbi travels from Zagreb to Dubrovnik to hold services in this building. The ground floor is a museum with old torahs and other artifacts.
