Konoba Adio Mare Restaurant in Korcula

This is one of the most beautiful restaurants that I have ever been to. It is in the center of the old town, on the ground floor of an old stone building. It is around the corner from Marco Polo's house. There is an open grill where you can watch the chef make everyone's dinner. Our table was right next to the chef so we watched him cook everyone's meal. There are only a handful of tables so the restaurant is always full and during high season, there can be a 2 hour wait for dinner. After dinner, I took a picture with the chef who, like the owners and staff, are all from Korcula.
