Ice Cream Culture (Sladoled) - Zagreb

Sladoled (ice cream) in Croatia is so similar to gelato. It is super light and fluffy, plus the flavors are so much more creative than in the States. People eat ice cream daily and we just followed the locals. Makes sense since Croatia is right next to Italy, and because parts of Croatia were Italy in the early 20th century.
